Klein Creative Media and SouthBayStock are giving you license to use this footage as you see fit for your own videos, for you and for projects you are making for your paying clients.   You may use this footage as you wish, but you are not allowed to sell the footage to any third party.   Your client is not allowed to use the footage other than in the project you delivered to them.   You will not own the copywrite or the clip, but you are able to use the footage as needed for your video productions.
